Refund Policy for Team Charlotte.

Updated October 2006

As part of the registration process, all Team Charlotte participants and their parents agree to the following refund policy: Our refund policy is designed to minimize the impact to both parties in the event of a cancellation.  All programs incur some expenses for each participant very early in the registration process including uniforms, mailing costs, processing fees, insurance, and facility use fees. Shortly thereafter, the expenses increase again as the program contracts services for its staff. Due to expenses incurred at the time of registration, $125. of the fees are non-refundable (regardless of the reason for cancellation). Since a large portion of the monies collected go directly to the camps or tournaments we are participating in, cancellations within three (3) weeks of the start of the program, $500. of the fees are non-refundable (regardless of the reason for cancellation). The entire fees are non-refundable once the program starts (regardless of the reason for cancellation)

Injuries.  If a player is injured and can not participate we will make every effort to refund you in full if a suitable replacement can be found.  However since most of the monies we collect go directly to the camps or tournaments we are participating in, we can not guarantee this money will be returned.  Injuries are handled on a case by case basis.

Tryouts and Cuts.  If the team your child is participating on has more than 18/19 players interested in the team we may go to try-out and cuts.  If you child does not make the team after tryouts you will be refunded all money paid to Team Charlotte less a $50. administrative fee.  We will make every effort to inform you if tryouts will take place in their age group to minimize pre-travel plans and travel related expenses.

All requests for a refund must be in writing to: StickWithUs.org PO Box 77043 Charlotte, NC 28271. Or via e-mail to CLTLAX@Carolina.rr.com.

Thank you.
